Sample Submission Forms
Use this sample submission form for nanospray LC/MS/MS based analysis for these type of projects:
  • Protein identification from gel bands or spots (contact us before sending solution samples)
  • Finding sites of posttranslational modification (phosphorylation, ubiquitination, etc.)
  • Protein characterization projects (confirm n- or c-term, confirm sequence variants, etc.)
  • MudPIT multidimensional LC analysis for complex samples (such as lysates)

Use this sample submission for all MALDI-TOF projects including:
  • Molecular weight determination for peptides and proteins
  • Examination of degradation products (by molecular weight)
